What WMU Does
Missions Education: Teaches about missions through Bible study, resources, and mission studies.
Prayer & Giving: Encourages prayer and collects funds for missions, sponsoring key offerings like Annie Armstrong and Lottie Moon.
Service Projects: Organizes compassionate ministries, such as Operation Christmas Child, supporting local community needs, and helping missionaries.
Leadership Development: Trains leaders for missions and helps individuals find their place in God's work.
Age-Group Ministries: Offers specific programs for preschoolers (Missions Friends), children (RAs/GAs), youth (Acteens), and adults (WMU).

Auxiliary of the SBC: An official organization within the Southern Baptist Convention, founded in 1888.

Support: Provides resources for churches and individuals, and manages ministries like WorldCrafts and Christian Women's Job Corps.
